Our team of Account Managers therefore, where possible, proactively spend time in your stores, DCs and Head Offices talking to agreed stakeholders. This proactive inititiative allows us to:

- Fully understand your operation, processes and systems
- Investigate total cost-in-use of product (including effective budget reconciliation and store ordering)

In addition, our Account Managers also own the operational service delivery against agreed service levels and KPI's. Each strives to develop trusted and effective relationships within our business and customer to ensure that product availability, quality and delivery performance criteria are met.
